All orders must be confirmed in writing via email, WhatsApp, or purchase order.

• Prices shared via quotation are valid only for the mentioned duration

• Payment terms will be clearly specified in the invoice

• Late payments may result in delivery delays or service suspension

4. Delivery & Logistics

Delivery timelines depend on product type, sourcing location, customs clearance, and local logistics. Vivers Fresh is not liable for delays caused by:

• Shipping line disruptions

• Port congestion

• Unforeseen customs inspections

• Weather conditions or force majeure events

Once goods are delivered to the agreed location, responsibility for storage and handling transfers to the buyer.

5. Quality & Claims

All products are inspected prior to dispatch. Any quality-related issues must be reported within:

• 24 hours for fresh produce

• 48–72 hours for dry goods & packaged items

Claims must include:

• Photos or videos

• Batch details

• Delivery receipt

Vivers Fresh reserves the right to evaluate the claim before issuing replacement or credit.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content—including images, text, branding, and design—is the property of Vivers Fresh and may not be copied or used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vivers Fresh is not responsible for:

• Indirect or consequential losses

• Damages caused by improper storage after delivery
